The Challenge 2018 logo and themes

Welcome to the BIG reveal of the 2018 Challenge logo and themes!

I'm very excited about what 2018 holds, but before we start high-fiving year FIVE, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on 2017. What a year it has been within the Challenge!

When it started with WHIMSY — a theme that speaks, shouts and sings to my creative core — I had a feeling the fourth year of the Challenge was going to be a goody, but when it ends with CELEBRATION in a few weeks time, I know I will still be blown away by just how much goodyness we have to celebrate.

When we opened the doors to new members at the start of November, I wondered if we could come up with 52 different words to describe some of the benefits we enjoy as members of this special group. Well, guess what? We came up with 52 words — and another 35 to boot! Wow! That’s a whole lot of goodyness, my friends.

You can view these celebration-worthy benefits, and perhaps even add some more, HERE.

Thank you so much for your ongoing contributions to the Challenge and our community. The A-Team and I are so thrilled to be on this creative journey with you, and we can’t wait to share in even more goodyness next year!

On that note, on with the reveal!

The Challenge 2018 LOGO

A new year means a new logo, and this time we have the wonderful Nicky Johnston to thank for it. Isn't it adorable?!

Nicky stood down as Director of the Challenge in August this year to concentrate on her sky-rocketing career, but she will always be at the heart of our community, along with Tania McCartney, our Challenge founder, and I think it is really special and fitting that her artwork will be the face of the Challenge in 2018. It’s a lovely nod to all that she has done to propel this Challenge forward, and it recognises that her efforts and initiatives in the past will still be colouring our community in the future.

High five, Nicky! Thank you so much for designing and creating our gorgeous new logo range. I look forward to uploading the images on 1 January 2018.
